If you've looked at suspnsion trainers and then passed out at the price of the TRX system then have a look at http://www.v-tapershaper.com/flexstraps.html. Prices start at £22.50 and they do exactly the same job. I have the the standard £22.50 set and have used them myself as well as with personal training clients. quality item at a fraction of the TRX price. |

Anyone thinking of buying kettlebells check "base" kettlebells on ebay , i just bought a set of 8,12 and 16kg for under £50 post free and they arrived in 2 days. excellent quality too. |
