Sports taping
Strapping and taping techniques are extremely helpful in many sporting situations.
They not only support an injury site at the time of injury but also provide physical and psychological support during the rehabilitation phase.
Techniques can be used to restrict movement in an unstable joint or to provide support to muscles.
These technique should however be used as part of a rehabilitation program and not solely relied on for support.
